I completely understand life happens and sometimes things change. Because each piece is carefully prepared and ships on a time-sensitive schedule, I offer a full refund or cancellation within 24 hours of your purchase. After that window, your order is already in motion and can't be adjusted. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Each pair of Hecho Lovely earrings is a one-of-a-kind, handcrafted piece of art. To protect the integrity of the work—and for hygiene reasons—all sales are final. This ensures every customer receives a brand-new creation made just for them. I truly appreciate your support and understanding of this policy.

~Metal Sensitivities~

Your comfort matters. If you have known sensitivities to solid brass, resin, or wood sealers (like polyurethane or water-based options), please keep that in mind while browsing. I encourage mindful shopping for those with sensitivities. Good news—niobium ear wires (a great choice for sensitive ears!) are used throughout the Cisne del Nogal collection, and I’m gradually expanding their availability across the shop. You'll always find the ear wire material listed in each product description for your peace of mind.

~Lost Packages / Shipping Issues~

Once your order leaves my hands, it’s in the care of the postal service. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to help ensure a smooth delivery. If your package is lost due to a confirmed carrier error, I’ll issue a full refund. Thank you for your patience and understanding with matters outside of my control once an item is in transit.
