To preserve its artistic integrity and ensure the highest standards of hygiene, all artwork is sold as is with no refunds, returns, or exchanges once an item leaves my studio. This strict policy is my guarantee that every single customer receives a completely brand-new, unworn creation crafted exclusively for them. ~Order Cancellations~ 

Ensuring prompt shipping is a top priority. Orders placed with USPS Ground Advantage may be cancelled or refunded within 24 hours of purchase. Once this timeframe has passed, your order moves into processing and can't be changed or canceled. Due to time sensitivity, Priority Mail orders are not eligible for cancellation and are processed and shipped immediately to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

 

~Shipping~

Currently, we only ship within the USA. Please note that orders placed with USPS Ground Advantage may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and ship within 1 business day (2-5 business days delivery). Priority Mail orders are processed and shipped immediately to ensure fast delivery (1-3 business days) and are not eligible for cancellation. Once your order is handed over to the postal service, it's in their care. Please review your shipping address during checkout to ensure a seamless delivery. In the rare event that your package is lost due to a confirmed carrier error, rest assured a full refund will be processed. Thank you for your patience and understanding with matters outside of our control once an item is in transit.

 

~Sensitivities~

Your comfort matters. I work with nickel-free Brass made from copper and zinc. If you have metal sensitivities, please be aware that some people may also react to sealers such as resin, polyurethane, Renaissance wax or water-based finishes. Select earrings feature Niobium ear wires, a hypoallergenic option for very sensitive ears. Niobium is naturally softer than brass, so gentle handling is recommended. Each niobium ear wire is uniquely shaped and hand-anodized for a custom finish that's gentle on sensitive ears.Niobium ear wires are used throughout the Cisne Del Nogal collection and are gradually being added to more designs. Ear wire materials are always listed in each product description.

• 100% Brand New and Unworn:  I only ever photograph or model jewelry from my own personal collection. I will never place a pair of earrings on a human model and sell that same pair to a customer. The earrings you buy are absolutely brand new, unworn, and crafted exclusively for you.

• Real Photos, No AI : I do not believe in using artificial intelligence or fake computer models to display my work. To give you an honest, transparent view, I provide detailed photographs taken by me with clear measurements. Please keep in mind that because these are real photos, digital screens can vary slightly in color, and handmade measurements can have tiny variations, but what you see is always a genuine, true reflection of my hand-crafted art.
