~Order Cancellations~

Life happens or errors occur.Because each piece is prepared carefully and shipped on a sensitive timeline, I kindly offer refunds or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After that, orders are already on their way and cannot be adjusted.

~Returns & Exchanges~

Each Hecho Lovely earring is a unique, handcrafted artwork. For hygiene and integrity, items cannot be returned or resold—guaranteeing every customer a brand-new creation, making all SALES FINAL. Thank you for your understanding and support.

 

~Metal Sensitivities~

If you have known sensitivities to solid brass, resin, or wood sealers (such as polyurethane or water-based sealers), please keep this in mind when ordering. I encourage all customers with sensitivities to shop mindfully. Niobium ear wires, which are suitable for sensitive ears, are currently available in the entire Cisne del Nogal earring collection. I'm slowing expanding the niobium selection throughout the shop. Please note, I always add ear wire material under product description.

~Lost Packages / Shipping Issues~

Once your order ships, it's with the postal service. Double-check your address at checkout to prevent delivery issues. If your package is lost due to a postal error, I'll refund with carrier confirmation. Thank you for understanding situations beyond my control once it's in transit.

 

~Product  Availability~

All  Hecho Lovely earrings are pre-made and sold as-is. Custom orders or modifications are not available. Each Hecho Lovely piece unfolds naturally and never rushed.
